Ordering information.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira. Availability, selected sizes, delivery charges and the final total are confirmed before payment. Product photographs show the presentation of our fragrances; colour and packaging can vary between screens and production batches.

Payments and orders

An order is confirmed after its payment has been verified. Contact us if you have paid but have not received confirmation. Please do not make a second payment while an earlier transaction is being checked.

Corporate and wholesale requests

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed order. Pricing, customisation, delivery and payment terms are agreed in the quotation.

Delivery and order issues

Delivery arrangements are confirmed for your location before payment. If an item arrives damaged or differs from your confirmed order, contact us with your order reference and photographs. The team will assess the issue and discuss the appropriate resolution. Nothing in this information limits your applicable consumer rights.
