These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Accounts and eligibility
Use your own accurate details and protect your sign-in credentials. Purchases require lawful capacity or an appropriate guardian arrangement. This website does not collect identity documents or claim verified age. If a child-data concern arises, contact the house for proportionate safeguarding and applicable guardian requirements.
Prohibited conduct
Do not impersonate customers or staff, submit fraudulent claims, attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, evade usage limits, upload harmful files or use ARG to obtain secrets. Reviews must reflect a real experience and must not expose another person’s private information.
Access decisions
Account restrictions must be proportionate and recorded. Restriction does not cancel outstanding consumer rights, erase payment records or remove access to an appropriate complaint route. Contact the house to query an access decision or request privacy assistance.
