These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Quotation process
Corporate and wholesale forms are enquiries. The house confirms quantities, bottle sizes, composition, packaging, custom artwork, delivery and final price in a written quotation. Existing bundles, including CHOCOLUXE + ELIORA, use confirmed selected sizes and approved packaging; no undisclosed discount or invented wholesale rate applies.
Artwork and approval
Supply only logos and material you are entitled to use. We use them for the requested quotation and approved production work. Review proofs carefully; production, revisions, minimum quantities, deadlines and any licence or exclusivity terms must be agreed in writing.
Fulfilment and remedies
Availability and delivery depend on the agreed scope and verified route. No substitution, added charge or changed deadline is assumed without communication and agreement. Cancellation, defective goods and failure to meet agreed requirements remain subject to applicable rights and the written quotation.
