These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Necessary storage
Account sessions use Supabase cookies. Device storage keeps your bag, wishlist and recently viewed selections. These selections are not proof of stock or payment. Our storage notice explains necessary functions; optional analytics and advertising tracking are off in this release.
Cache and private pages
Public images and published catalogue responses may be cached to improve loading. Account, administration and mutation responses use private or no-store rules. A cached product view is rechecked against backend prices when a quotation or order is prepared. Refresh if a recent update is not visible; browser and search-engine caches can take time to refresh.
Choices
Use Cookie preferences in the footer or clear device storage to remove local preferences. Sign out to end your browser session. Deleting local storage does not delete server records or alter an order. Any future optional tracker must wait for an informed choice and support withdrawal. Hosting and security providers may use their own necessary storage, which remains subject to their notices.
