These policies explain how the house handles accounts, enquiries, purchases and personal information. Please contact us if you would like any part explained before agreeing to an order.
Before acceptance
You may withdraw an unaccepted quotation or enquiry by contacting the house with its reference. No purchase or privilege was created by that submission.
After agreement
Request cancellation as soon as possible. We consider the stage of preparation, applicable advance-order rights and the specific written terms. Any lawful reasonable deduction or restriction must be disclosed before purchase and explained, rather than applied as a surprise penalty.
Custom work and dispatch
Tell us promptly if you wish to stop bespoke or branded work. Costs already reasonably incurred and statutory rights require individual assessment. Dispatched orders may require an agreed return route. Cancellation does not itself confirm a completed refund; ask for written confirmation of the outcome.
